We had a total loss fire and PDS was contracted by the insurance company. What should have been looked after in a month or 2 took 4 months and that is with us constantly on the adjuster. The adjuster needs to take some ownership however she was trusting of the information she was receiving. Would I recommend them? NO. One job that should have taken 45 minutes took over 2 hours because one of the guys sat in the van smoking while the other did the work with a garbage bag rain coat. The supervisor was not interested when I called to tell him. This tells me a lot about the company.
