I sometimes wonder how Sobeys stays in business. If I shopped there exclusively, my food budget would increase by at least 25%.
Once in a blue moon they have good specials, especially on high-​end cheeses. They also occasionally do 2 for 1 deals that are great. Other than that, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
