Taste of Greece Express

I just came from here today when looking for a quick bite before the gym. I ordered the Calamari Dinner which the board said came with a number of things including, rice, salad, greek potatoes, and a pita.
After I was served, I noticed there was no pita so went up the counter. She was preparing my friend’s meal and didn’t look up or acknowledge that I was waiting there for a couple of minutes. When she finally did, I asked her politely «I think I’m just waiting for my pita?» only to be told «For what? There’s no pita with that. It’s fish!»
I was a little taken aback but pointed her to her own menu board stating all dinners came with a pita. She dismissed this and said something along the lines of «That’s for the meat. Why would fish come with a pita? There’s no pita.»
I was amazed that not only was she not going to give me a part of my meal that was on her own menu, but she was questioning why I would even want that. And for what? To save the $ 0.25 or less it would cost her to add this simple item to an $ 11 fast food meal? The state of customer service is reeeeeeally suffering if business owners (and I believe she probably was the business owner) cannot see the consequences of actions like this.
The food itself was kinda crappy. Mushy calamari, bland rice, mediocre salad, and a VERY small portion of potatoes. And let’s just say it sure as hell ain’t made with love.
