The Nottingham

I moved into The Nottingham in May 2009 and have spent the past 2 years living there.
Positives:
— Access to a lot of great eating nearby.
— Short walk/​drive to the beautiful downtown Brampton main street which often hosts events & markets
— Northeast facing balconies have a very nice view of a green residential Brampton
— Rent inexpensive
Negatives:
— Seedy area of Brampton
— The underground parking has been plagued with break ins on many occasions and nothing has been done to resolve the issue
— Elevators are out of service more than they are in
— Apartments facing Kennedy can be quite noisy due to passing traffic
— Laundry machines are not plentiful enough
Unfortunately the recent rash of break-​ins resulted in me footing two bills for replaced windows in the last two weeks (despite nothing being in the car at all) and this was the last straw for me to move out.
