Overall, I think that the staff are quite rude. Raven, one of the nurses was so impolite asking me, «Are you straight?!»…to which I retorted, «What if I was bi… what does it matter?!» The other nurse that was at the Willet was a ROYAL BITCH, asking if I was a cutter, as did Doctor Mike P. who asked me if I was drunk. I am NOT a druggie or an alcoholic. Both of them should be reprimanded. I already reported them all to their supervisors. Dr. Henderson was a total asshole as well, commenting… What are you expecting on a Thursday night at 9:30pm? I was there earlier, but got bumped by a crying child. Dr. Dau was the only one who took the time to show me my x-​rays, and the lab results, but he was just as rude by tapping on my stomach and saying «LISTEN, LOSE WEIGHT!!!». Dr. Benoit did not take the time to explain to me what happened and just gave me a prescription that made things worse.

Terrible hospital to have your baby in. They push formula, no breast feeding support. They are rude.
