Brant Active Rehabilitation Centre is a physiotherapist-​owned practice located in Burlington. Our physiotherapists have specialized training, certifications, and expertise that have been were combined to create Canada’s Most Trusted Physiotherapy Clinic Network. In 2008, our diverse group of multi-​disciplinary clinics united to become PT Healthcare Solutions Corp., commonly known as pt Health. Our company continues to be led by clinicians _​our President, COO, and Director of Operations are physiotherapists. We stay very true to our clinical roots and our focus is always on delivering the highest quality of care to our patients.

Melinda W.

Manager

Melinda W., BAA (Hons), MSc (PT), Physiotherapist, Clinic Director.

Melinda graduated from the University of Waterloo in the Honours Arts Applied Studies programme, specializing in Cultural Management. From there, she completed her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University. Since then she has pursued a number of interests including Manual Therapy, Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, Vestibular/​Vertigo Rehabilitation, and Graston Technique. She is a member in good standing of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Melinda is honoured to be part of an outstanding, multidisciplinary team at Brant Active Rehabilitation Centre. She sees a wide variety of patients with musculoskeletal and neurological issues, and takes special interest in falls prevention, vestibular rehabilitation, paediatrics, and patient education.
