I’ve been teaching Zumba® since 2009 and opened my studio doors at LYDS! Life You Deserve Studio in September of 2011.

I am an experienced Zumba® Fitness and Salsa Dance Instructor. I have been teaching Salsa since 2000 and Zumba® Fitness since 2009.
I opened my studio doors in Burlington in September of 2011. Dance you way back to health! We’re getting fit at and loving it! I also carry a line of quality nutrition products — supplements, vitamins, shakes and bars to keep you strong and healthy!
