Horrible service.
All I got was excuses as to how they can not find me any info on a TV
0 knowledge on their department
0 customer service
100% rude
Hate going there.

I’ve been using this store since the 80’s. The last 10 years I’ve found the service to be declining. There’s still a few helpful employees but it seems more and more aren’t too interested in service. Selection is pretty good but price is usually 2^nd best to walmart. & Home Depot.
Auto Service area, never been a fan of Cdn Tire Auto service but I’ve found this one particularly bad the two times we foolishly tried them. They gave us an estimate for a head gasket that was $ 2800.00 higher than the dealer who ended up doing it. They tried to charge us 100 dollars, in fact they did charge us 100 dollars for an alleged computer diagnostic. The vehicle was in the garage all of 3 minutes and here’s a thought… IT WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE LARGE WINDOW IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOBODY HOOKED UP A COMPUTER!!!
They’ve now in the past couple of months re-​arranged the store and moved almost everything to the point that long time customers can’t find anything. I understand change, but even some of the employees are baffled at moving departments.
I really want to support Canadian and use this place, but they consistently disappoint me.

Best service in the store I have ever experienced. So good in fact there are 3 closer locations, one which is brand new super sized store. I still consider this the place to go.
