Historique

Fondé en 1998.

The Walsh and Volk Team was developed by Lou Volk and his partner Alison Walsh, to create a collection of five professional real estate sales people that are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of service.

Each member of the team brings a unique set of skills, expertise, energy, character and personality that can handle any situation with grace and success to ensure optimum results for all their clients. It has always been the team’s goal to build a strong, client focused real estate team that is dedicated to providing the highest level of service.

We were the first in 2007 and still the only agents in our trading area that have our own moving truck for our clients to use for FREE! In 2008 we bought our own office to provide a private meeting space for our clients. In 2014, we welcomed our newest real estate agent, Kelley Bartlett.

Dan DiCecca has been in real estate for just under 5 years. Before that he was a National Sales Manager, who won Outstanding Sales Performance on two separate occasions. As a real estate agent he has reached Re/Max’s coveted 100% club and prides himself on giving the highest level of customer service possible. His hobbies include reading, furniture refinishing, watching the Daily Show and eating seafood. Dan’s dream is to return to Italy, and take a long cruise of the Mediterranean.
