Try it out!
I tried out a bunch of yoga places before I stumbled across this location. The owners are amazing, the facilities are kept clean, and the instructors are very very good. You can tell a good instructor by the flow of the class. If you are feeling a lot of stops and starts, and confusion moving from position to position… then this means you’re probably with a less experienced instructor. There are soooo many great instructors at this location that it’s tough to find a favourite.
Pro;
Instructors take a personal interest in your progress and take the time to remember who you are. The environment is peaceful and welcoming… exactly like a yoga studio should be. You can always find close parking its located in a major plaza.
Con;
This studio is not the cheapest place in town. The washrooms and the lobby area seem to be rather small when attendance is high. Some of the instructors are phenomenal and this leads to overcrowding in the classes.
Recommendation;
They offer a 30 day trial for $ 40.00!
Besides the small areas in the facility and the overcrowding which only occurs with popular class times and curtain instructors, I haven’t found a better Yoga studio and I won’t ever look further.
Try it out!

The four stars are only because I haven’t been anywhere but the YMCA for yoga. It is tidy and the facilities are comfortable. There is something about the place that feels different.
