Welcome to the Wacky Mirror Funhouse of Sushi Restaurants! Where the size and portion of each item is unpredictable and the taste doesn’t matter! Do you enjoy obviously frozen dishes of dim sum and just thawed chicken? Then this is the place for you! We serve the finest maki rolls made with rubbery rice, warm and thin fish, and soba noodles that are mushier than jello! Our servers are quick to slam food onto your table and walk away before you can ask for some napkins or more tea. You don’t even need to say«thank you» when we bring you your orders, because we definitely won’t say«you’re welcome», or smile or even make eye-contact with you! We know that you have a busy day, so we will be sure to rush you out and give you the bill before you even have to ask! So come on down for a superbly sub-par sushi experience! Because quite frankly, we don’t give a damn

We have eaten here before but have noticed that the service and quality of the food has gone to the dogs. The people there are Chinese and not Japanese. They are not maintaining the high standard and quality of fresh fish that Japanese Chefs adhere to. All I can say is beware of the good reviews for this restaurant. Even on a Friday evening, the place is practically empty!

Service slow, tip included on tour bill even when service doesn’t deserved, food regular nothing memorable

There’s a reason why you should avoid all you can eat sushi places and Saga Sushi only confirms the theory. We were forced to eat here during a recent trip to MEC. The presentation, food quality, and overall service is terrible.

Well back to basic on sushi making. You have to get the rice right and then you have to have fresh seafood. If any of the rules broken, you are done. they purchase the cheapest ingredient from the fish, all the way to their ice-cream. horrid. better spend your $$ else where. not worth $ 50 for 2 person, not even worth $ 10.

Good food — perfect portion size for all you can eat, it allows you to sample the menu without any guilt, ok without much guilt. The service was sub-par, if the staff could care less, they would.

All you can eat sushi is the«new trend» when it comes to Japanese restaurants(especially in Burlington.) Saga sushi was great when it opened however, the busier it got, the more it suffered. Recently the quality of the food has dropped. The sashimi is warm and doesn’t taste fresh. Some of the more popular rolls ie: California rolls are pre made and stale by the time you get them. On the positive side, they have a large menu and portions are perfect for 2. The atmosphere is upbeat and busy! BEAWARETHATTHETIPISALREADYINCLUDEDINTHEPRICE!!! They will not tell you this when you go up to pay so be careful you don’t over tip.

Maybe this is just my Toronto background talking, but the sushi here is just typical. Not bad, but not amazing. The service, to start, is great — but it quickly declines as they clearly want you out of the restaurant after you’ve had one or two orders. And the price is just so much higher than I’m used to paying in Toronto. I’d go again because there’s not much sushi selection in town…
