So, I had a dilemma and the store manager fixed it very quickly. I was about to purchase a bed linen set but forgot my 20% off card. The cashier was giving me a hard time for another flyer but the store manager came in and just took care of the 20% off. It’s quick action like this from the manager that cares about their customer will bring me back to shop at this store. Thank you so much!
Also, they have great collection and everything is neat and tidy which makes shopping a great experience.

What a great branch. Really big with a wide choice of products for the entire home. Friendly staff, fast service and right next to the Skytrain too.

I visited this location before Christmas 2015 and majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. But I want to mention the most awesome service I’ve ever had for 2015.
I made a phone call to the NV location and asked if I can purchase an item that was only available in that location (other locations were sold out) and was told that companys’ policies were changed with regards to shipment on another location — in other words, they were not able to help me. Said that I have to go to NV location to grab it (I didn’t have the means — time and vehicle), not to mention the traffic since it was the holiday season. After New Year, I never expected that they will still have it on stock and tried to call once again on both locations, NV and McKay which is close to my place. They both turned me down. I tried for the last time after a day or two and LAUREEN, who took my call said the same thing to me but asked if she can call me again. Two to three hours after, she gave me a call and said that she was able to request to have it shipped to the McKay location. Now, that is what we call «GOING THE EXTRA MILE» to make the customers happy. Kudos to Laureen.

This is a brand new location that just opened up in Metrotown. I came here on recommendation in conversation last weekend with another Unilocaler whom suggested I come here to check out their old school air poppers for popcorn. They were a bit above my budget, however, I did browse to check out some of the other kitchen ware gadgets. I had a question and found the customer service to be reasonable.
