Historique

Fondé en 1979.

After playing 10 years in the NHL for the Chicago Blackhawks and Atlanta Flames, Larry Romanchych retired at the age of 29 from professional hockey. Following his hockey career Larry reinvented himself and chose a new career path as an entrepreneur.

In 1979 Larry founded Crescent Moving and Storage out of White Rock, and used the same values of integrity, honesty and hard work that he used during his NHL career. Eventually the company expanded into long distance moves in Canada and the United States.

It is now more than 30 years later and Crescent Moving has built a solid reputation for reliable moving services and friendly movers within White Rock, the lower mainland and across Canada & the USA.

Founded in 1979 by former NHL Hockey Player, Larry Romanchych. Following his national hockey career Larry reinvented himself as a small business entrepreneur and started Crescent Moving and Storage. Larry’s local moving company started with a single 5 ton truck that he himself would drive. He quickly became popular amongst the White Rock, Crescent Beach and Surrey locals by applying the same values of integrity, honesty and hard work that he used during his NHL career.
