False Creek Collision

Great experience with False Creek Collision. A moving van cut a corner too close and took out our rear tail light and scraped and dented the side panel, back bumper, and rear door. This shop seemed to take real pride in getting the car repaired so that it looks as good as new. They also determined some damage had been done to the internal structure behind the bumper, and fixed that as well. Paint match was excellent. Not only did they repair the car well, they also washed it inside and out, and gave me a potted plant to thank me for bringing my car to them. Our courtesy car was adequate and clean, and they offered to pick up and deliver. Unbelievable how hard they work to give customer satisfaction. They are perfectionists, and that’s who I want working on my car! Highly recommend.

My car was rear ended at an intersection recently. I got it repaired at False Creek Collision. I can definitely recommend this bodyshop. You get quality workmanship and good customer service.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experiences with False Creek Collision. I have been to them twice now, and each time I have been blown away by the attention to detail and the warm, customer service given by the owner, Bernhard. Both times, Bernhard, himself came to me with a courtesy car, took my car to the shop, and then returned my car to me when it was completed. And I live 30 minutes away! I find them honest and thorough. They do beautiful work. I recommend this shop to all of my friends, and would definitely return again.

I took my car to False Creek Collision to repair a large scrape from a hit and run that wrapped around the wheel well and damaged the passenger door and rear bumper. They came to my office to appraise the damage, tell me how to deal with ICBC, brought me a courtesy car and picked up my car and then dropped off my car and picked up the courtesy car – I didn’t have to go anywhere! Since my car is only 6 months old I wanted it to be flawless again and it is. They matched the sparkly black paint perfectly and there is absolutely no trace that anything ever happened to it. As a much appreciated bonus they cleaned it inside and out! That really made my day. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

I brought my car in to have scratches and a couple of dents fixed.
From the very start the service was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. They took the time to look over the car and discuss my options.
They provided me with an excellent courtesy car.
They followed up with a couple of phone calls to let me know the progess of the work. That was a nice gesture.
When I picked up my car it was PERFECT. The dents were gone, the paint was an exact match and they even did an amazing job cleaning the inside of the car.
What a great experince. I would recommend your shop in a heart beat.

Did not have a very good experience with this place… I had two small repairs from a hit & run that needed to get fixed. I had to bring my car back 4 times to have them repair the job. I gave up finally… The problem with this shop was they actually never removed the dent they just kept on painting over it… thats right, they actually just painted over the dent. Well it has nice and smooth and the paint matched but the dent was still there which was the size of a pie like 8−10in round… I took the car to ICBC to complain about it, they had me take it to another body shop which fixed it the correct way, and ICBC sent False Creek the bill… They never once tried to contact me to fix the problem… So I really suggest you shop around before you get you car repaired.
