Gutter-​Vac Home Services came to fruition as a result of many years of tedious gutter cleaning by hand. There had to be a more effective way of cleaning the gutters, and as a result the Gutter-Vac’s vacuum system was introduced and is now one of the most advanced and professional system for gutter cleaning!

I am originally from Vancouver and live now in New York and I still own and rent a home in Burnaby. I needed someone to take care of the house and get everything cleaned for our tenant. I was highly recommended to try this GutterVac service. Even without me being there the whole time and being in control of the quality they did an amazing job and I was very happy with the result. Great kind, honest guys, taking pride in their work and business. Would highly recommended.

I got on my rooftop to clean my gutters and after noticing how gnarly they were I decided to shop around for a reasonable rate on gutter cleaning. I found guttervac online and decided to give them a call. They responded fast and did a great job for a reasonable price. Thanks Denis and his crew for a job well done.

Not impressed! At least the last person got a response! I tried to contact them three times and still haven’t gotten a response! How unprofessional! If you are going to sell promotions you should really make sure that you can fulfill them all, or put a limit on the number you sell. I am in the process of getting a refund from living social, fingers crossed it all goes well.
I figure that a company that won’t even return my emails and won’t even take a phone call, may be the type of company to also not offer nor honor an expiration date extension.

Too disorganized to actually manage their volume!
Tried to book a cleaning after purchasing it through LivingSocial. Slow replies to e-​mail contact, and this is what you’ll eventually get:

Since we unexpectedly received over 1400 new requests, we are completely booked until March 2012 and no new orders may be placed at this time. Please be patient as we try to assist all customers. If you purchased your coupon at LivingSocial and if you are not happy with our scheduling, please contact LivingSocial to get a full refund. We apologize for the inconvenience.»
I’m surprised they still have a Unilocal promotion for gutter cleaning up on this site, since if you want your gutters cleaned this spring… well, you can’t! They can start helping you a year from now… gee, that’s helpful.
