I have booked service with many limosuine companies in the past and i am aware sometimes things dont go the you want to and one time i booked a limousine with a company not going to say name (i dont like to put other companies down) in the middle of my trip the limo broke down on the hwy and we were stranded on the hwy for few hours. As a wise adult i know that machineries can brake down and its not the company’s fault neither i can blame the driver. It was going happen on my watch and it did so be it. I have booked multiple times with kavanah limosuine and will keep doing giving them business. Dont let these scumbag get that you because all they were looking for was probably a free ride and when you offered them a 500 dollar refund they thought that this could be their shot at a free ride. Asking a refund after a job was done is like going to a fancy restaurant and you find the food didnt taste as well as last time you were their but you still end up eating anyway and after finishing the full meal you ask the restaurant manager for a full refund is the restaurant manager going to give you full refund? NO! He will probably offer something in return which your company did as well. To get to my point ingnore these morons and keep doing what you guys do the best. Your vehicles are always cleans which is a big plus in my book and your service is excellent and i will recommend your company to all my friend and family.
