Don’t take your car here. Just don’t. They’ve had mine for 2 weeks and haven’t even gotten all the parts (locally sourced, I was assured) yet to finish the job, even though on Monday I was told it would be ready on Thursday. They had it for 5 days before they updated me when I had requested an update every 2 days. They guy I spoke too just kept over-​talking the whole thing but not really telling me anything he hadn’t said 5 or more times already. NOT IMPRESSED. I would NEVER take my car here again. If I had a choice, I’d pull it right now and take it somewhere else. Somewhere they would at least be honest about the progress.

I was in here the other day getting 3 glass chips repaired on my MINI cooper S.
They got me in really quickly, did the repair in 20 minutes while I waited.
THEN…
The manager let me know he was giving me the repair on the house!
Fantastic news to me having just had a ton of car related expenses.
