Very clean and organized store. Good selection of brands available. The items sold were in excellent condition. I bought in a couple of items to be consigned and the prices set were reasonable. Katy is super nice and knowledgable, she doesn’t try to lowball your items. She knows what items are worth and sets fair prices. Will bring more items once I clean my closet!

My experience with Luxury Labels is a consignor rather than a buyer. Katy was very nice and explained to me about the rules and policies with consigning with her. She did an initial assessment on the items (what items she’ll take in/won’t take) then called me after to give me her assessed pricing to make sure I thought the pricing was fair. She emailed over an agreement shortly after. I emailed her recently to check on the status of my items and she replied back quickly.
I had a look at her store while she did her assessments. Her items were priced fairly, she has mid-high end labels in very good (if not, better) condition.
I was very pleased with my experience with Katy and will come back to check out what items she was in store!

Bought a pair of shoes for $ 600 and was visited by RCMP, my apartment searched and taken in for questioning for a Break and Enter into the store because she named me as the culprit. (I was at the casino BTW and cleared by the cops)
Since I was kind enough to make such a large purchase and provide her with my info, she thanked me by embarrassing me and wasting hours of my time and money on a lawyer.
Don’t take your stuff there as she obviously hasn’t the best security and based on my experience I don’t recommend shopping there either.
