Fireball Express Courier

The customer service I experienced on Friday, February 7, 2014 was terrible!
I understand that Telus’ systems went down the day in mention, which was beyond Fireballs control. However, the customer service I experienced was horrific, disappointing, left me with a bad taste in my mouth and a haunting feeling of «who did I entrust with my letter!?»
Rachel (the customer service representative I spoke with) took no blame and basically tried making me responsible for the situation that occurred; after the realization of why two dispatchers were sent to me. I even have a message recording from her to back these statements. Which is even worse!
I too work in the service industry and have had to take those hard to handle phone calls in which a mistake, error etc… were made on either end. I believe Fireballs representatives would benefit from a customer service course on how to handle these types of situations; or any situations in the area of telephone customer service.
Needless to say, I will never use Fireballs services again nor recommend your services to anyone.
