The Red Latte here is sooo goood! It has a nice hint of vanilla to complement the espresso. I look forward to having it everytime I hit the«Earth.»

Coffee and special coffees(espresso, latte, cappucinos) are consistently good, which is not the norm in Calgary. Mac and cheese is my go to there(with a little hot sauce). Aspen landing has a little corner for kids, as well as a great patio for warm days. I need escape from my home office, so I sometimes head there for some lunch and a cappucino. After I use the free internet and work for a couple hours. Good people, good food, good coffee

I guess y’all found the key because somehow the vault’s been unlocked and all my secrets are spilling out. I already told ya where to get the best cheese buns in town(*see my review on Glamorgan Bakery) and now, *drum roll please*, I give you: The BEST Pumpkin muffin in town. I accidentally stumbled onto the Aspen Landing area and like any true Unilocaler, I just HAD to explore the area. I came across this particular Good Earth Café and it quickly became one of my favourite coffee shops to frequent, hands down. Oh and did I mention their Pumpkin muffins yet??? *GRIN* Hey, repetition is KEY to memory-improvement and by now, I’m hopin’ you’ll remember :)

The new Good Earth café opened in Aspenglen Landing a bit ago and the grand opening is this Saturday. The new location is an awesome addition to this very cool area. AL has a Safeway, Mission, Marbleslab Creamery, and a bunch of banks and other restaurants coming soon. As for the café itself, its an open layout, with lots of room to hang out. I highly prefer Good Earth to Starbucks, even though the prices are about the same. There are some comfy couches and chairs in the corners which are great for hanging out with you and your three best friends. The staff were quite nice for our first visit.
