Fantastic company. They always get back to me in a timely manner. My apartment is super cute and renovated. It is a strong company with good people. They have great character buildings and they seem like a people caring business.

Slumlords. Do not rent from this company! This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. The apartment I rented was heated to a maximum of 10 degrees all winter. I’m pretty sure the thermostat was just for show and it didn’t actually do anything. The shower did not work the entire time I was there and they totally ignored multiple repair requests. When I moved out I gave them written notice a month in advance but they claimed they never got it and tried debiting my account for an extra month, then wouldn’t give me my damage deposit back because I was able to reverse the charge. I’ve spoken with a few people who have rented from them and they all had similar experiences.

The apartments are barely livable and ridiculously over priced. Staff are rude and USELESS, nothing gets done, they don’t care about their tenants only care about money. Moved into an apartment that had no working oven for over 2 months despite dozens of phone calls, no compensation for not being able to cook any food. Also had a completely clogged bathroom sink for nearly a month, disgusting. (I used draino and it stayed clogged, took a repair man a month to fix it…)
Apartment was filthy when we moved in, took 2 people about 4 hours to clean it properly there was hair and food and who knows what else… shudder… Plus our fridge broke and it took them another 1.5 months to replace that while all our food was rotting and spoiling and they didn’t even care or make any attempt to help us at all. Absolutely terrible company and I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well as filed a complaint with consumer affairs. DO NOT bother with them they are the WORST

had great friendly service from them. had some issues that took a few weeks to be resolved but everything is fine now and received an apology for how long it took to resolve my issue
