Gérant de commerce

I love all things food, design, arts, hospitality, music, and culture. So when I found myself in 3 hour bio labs studying to get into med school, I realized I had to find something else to do with my life, and decided the only way forward was to open a restaurant. Turns out the guys living in my basement happened to own one! So after cashing a scholarship and getting a small business loan, I was on my way to changing the world or at least how people thought of Indian food. After 10 hard years of work, 2 restaurants later, and some serious challenges during the down turn of 2008, the family has grown, the dream is bigger, and we still keep trying to change how people see Indian cuisine. I love what I do. Nothing is as satisfying as a restaurant full of happy people, and creating the way our patrons experience our place. Thanks for coming by. Kam Dhillon
