From the age of thirteen onwards my life was completely immersed in the theatre. I have extensive vocal and acting training earned through a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Diploma of Theatre, specializing in Acting from the University of Calgary and Mount Royal College respectively. My acting career took me onstage at Vertigo Mystery Theatre, Sage Theatre, Ground Zero Theatre and in numerous arenas playing in murder mysteries with Shadow Productions. I started an award-​winning feminist theatre company in 2005 called Urban Curvz and also served as the Programming and Producing Director at Fairy Tales Queer Film Festival from 2009 — 2011. I believe the art of yoga can teach us to become more ourselves. This completely eclectic and authentic mish-​mash of qualifications is what I bring to my work with you.
