I lost my mail key. He was able to come right over (15 min after I called) and get the lock replaced. Friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Bob from RNR lockworks came highly recommended when I moved into my new house. He came and changed the locks — replacing the cheap ones we had with ones that could protect Fort Knox. Bob also changed a lock on the garage, although not with the high quality one he recommended (our choice, not his). True to his prediction, the lock wasn’t working optimally. When we called to let him know, he rushed over, fixed up the lock with what he had recommended and didn’t even charge us for the service call. What service!
If you’re looking for lock replacement, I would recommend RNR without hesitation.
