Starbucks

Very poor customer service which isn’t surprising after having a discussion with manager on charge for something that isn’t on menu. Hot water with Matcha Powder most Starbucks $ 0.80 to $ 1.95 this location wanted to charge me $ 4.99. Basically told me they can charge what they want. I left with no drink. Manager was not phased by this at all. I will not be visiting this location again which in the big picture doesn’t hurt them. Just leaves me disappointed, I walked over to the Marriott Hotel location and after receiving the usual friendly customer service I left with my drink for $ 0.80. Thanks Marriott.

Very convenient spot for a Starbucks! Down 1 floor from the office. I am here every day and it is always busy, but rarely is there a line. They are fast, capable baristas who are always friendly and smiling.
Only drawback is not being able to cash in your Starbucks Rewards here…

These guys make a wicked chai latte. The service is probably the fastest in Calgary, as the longest I have ever waited here is 10 minutes. They are really good at churning people through the lines and they actually have a smile on their faces when they are working.
