Pizza Hut

I just had the worse experience with this location. I ordered my pizza at 6 pm tonight and they told me 45 minutes. One hour and 45 minutes later it arrived and when I called to complain he had to ask me my name 7 times and I have a simple name. Needless to say my pizza and wings were cold and I told him my children bed time was now in 15 minutes and he had enough nerve to tell me no one has a bedtime of 8 pm. Never again will I order from this location. Update… the location was the Cambridge location.

Don’t waste your money on the buffet. They do not refill the pizzas very quickly so you’ll spend most of your time waiting and then racing to the buffet when they bring out the two pizzas every 10 minutes. This was not a staffing issue, there was more than enough in the kitchen and it was a Friday. Place wasn’t that busy either, maybe half full. Wish I had not wasted my lunch hour here.

My boyfriend and I went for dinner. We got seated immediately but never got served. We waited for 15 minutes for them to come ask us for our order and they never cAme to our table at all. We ended up leaving. When we passed the kitchen the staff was in there laughing and joking. Terrible a service

Let me preface this by saying: I love Pizza Hut.
This one, however, is god awful. I have never once in my life received a correct order from this Pizza Hut. Never. They screw everything up so awfully here, I can’t even begin to imagine the kind of people working here.
And I’m not talking about forgetting a side. I’m talking about ordering a pizza with extra sauce, pepperoni, and sausage and receiving a pizza with NO sauce, sundried tomatoes, and feta cheese screwed up.
I could forgive it if it happened every now and again, but it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. Unfortunately, every now and again, I get a hankering for Pizza Hut, and this is the only one nearby. Then I kick myself for the rest of the day for having done so.
Avoid at all costs. It’s just not worth the aggravation.

The dishes were dirty and the food took forever, it was cold and the service was mediocre.
