Similar experience as other reviewer — Ordered 5 cords of what was promised to be mixed, mostly hardwood and end up with crap. Very light, burns like matchsticks. Did not bother to call — but sure won’t be buying from here again.

Was assured by company all firewood was ash, maple, birch, and beech hardwood. Ordered 5 cords delivered. Not only was over half of it soft poplar, but when stacked was just barely over 4 cords. Called company, lady was very rude, told me no makeup delivery, poplar is a hardwood, and I’d have to return wood myself and hung up!
I have no trailer to return it myself and the most i can return is 4 cords. Poplar is similar burning to pine… very little btu per cord. Stay away from this business for firewood.
