If you’re curious about where the inspiration came from for the name and idea? Here’s the answer. Breakfast literally means to «break» the overnight «fast». No wonder breakfast is considered the most important meal of the day. The idea of having breakfast daily seemed smart so the two words egg and smart were put together. This inspiration catapulted the idea of a breakfast house that offered sensible breakfasts to help kick start your day.
