CEO Rob Donaghey is a graduate of the University of Toronto and holds the professional designations of Chartered Accountant/​Chartered Professional Accountant, CCLP– Certified Logistics Professional and PLog — Canadian Professional Logistics Institute.

Rob has held senior management roles in the logistics industry for thirty years. In the late eighties he held the position of Vice President of G.M. Smith Limited a heavy haul/​specialized transportation company servicing North America.

In 2006 Rob and his partner sold a controlling interest in Calyx to a private equity firm and Rob continued to hold the position of CEO of Calyx Transportation Group until 2012.
