I received a gift card and came to this location to get some loose leaf mint tea, chocolate mint tea and some fall pumpkin spice tea. This was last year. I still have some left. Flavors are strong, therefore, recommend only using half the recommended dose to brew. Cloth stepping bags were expensive, however, found some at the dollar store.

It was very busy the day I was here but I managed to flag down a staffer after a few minutes.
Not knowing much about tea, I asked a few questions and was given knowledgeable and friendly service.
Their selection of prepackaged teas was a little thin for my liking but I went with the 3 tins for $ 30 deal. They have a ton of loose tea they can get for you but not being a tea-​person, I was a little intimidated by it. Yes, intimidated. I’m not afraid of muggers but I was intimidated by the vast selection of teas.
Anyways, I do find their tea a little on the pricey side but since it was a gift, I wasn’t going to squabble too much about it.

I’m a sucker for David’s Cream of Earl Grey and I buy the stuff as though it were crack. If I am even CLOSE to running out, I will make a special trip to the mall for a new tin. I know it’s not the best tea in the world (and there’s a lovely independent shop by my house, which I also patronize) but I do have a weakness for a few David’s items.
I have to say that the staff in the Coquitlam Centre location are SO lovely and always friendly and helpful. They are usually happy to offer some suggestions based on personal preferences and they seem to know their stock very well. It is never a bad experience at this David’s.
