Fondé en 2011.

DSN was established by Andrew Kum. His innovations at G.E. (General Electric’s) fire inspection division have been an asset to help DSN achieve industry’s leading «piece of mind» service.

Andrew Kum RFPT, CFAA who graduated from Seneca in Fire Protection Engineering and also BCIT in Fire inspection and testing. He holds his ASTTBC and Multi-​provincial Canadian Fire Alarm Association certification.
