Visited this restaurant on 2016-04-04 and ordered the 10oz Sirloin Steak, which came out very small and the meal portions were extremely small for what you pay $ 32.00. If you’re hungry, avoid this place and go somewhere else as the meals are just too expensive for what you get. The food quality wasn’t great either, just an average steak.

We went for the Sunday brunch. It was probably more like 3.5 stars. They had a good selection of breakfast and lunch dishes as well as an omelette bar. The food was good, but could be very good without much more effort. Mainly, the food got cold on the plate quickly. Heated plates would probably go a long way. We ate out in the indoor garden, which was nice and spacious and kept the kids busy. I will probaby go back and check it out at least one more time. The orange juice and coffee both need a little perking up.

Sunday brunch. have been coming here a lot since I was younger as my grandma arranges it for family occasions. thought I would review the last time I was here as it was just last week & the quality has seemed to die down. there is only one person running the waffle/omelette/carving station so it’s a long line when you want to order something plus it’s technically the only thing that actually seems fresh from the buffet. the whole time I was there I only saw one person one time refill something & it was the fruit. which disappeared quickly. I remember coming here & all the food would be filled & hot. I actually felt bad for the people that kept arriving after us because there was Barely anything left we could see their reactions at how unfresh the place seemed. the day we went they didn’t really take away dishes either & we actually went up & took a water ourselves to refill all the cups. for what you pay this isn’t the best. it’s ok as they have a huge variety but you’re better off going somewhere else or going just when it opens.

Nothing special here other than convenience. Food took forever, it wasn’t very good when we got it, and the musty mildew smell didn’t help either.

Food took ½ hour to arrive. Pasta was mushy. Waitress spilled my food as she put it down on the table. The spinach dip tasted like boiled spinach and warm milk and it had bread crumbs on it. Absolutely awful. The nacho we ordered had all the cheese on the bottom and nothing on top. Looks like they’ve hired a high school kid for a chef. Waiting staff was behind the bar loudly bitching about how the manager doesn’t listen to them.

I’ve been here once and it was for Sunday brunch. I gotta say this brunch is excellent. A wide variety of foods. Everything was delicious. I typically stick with breakfast fare when I go for brunch and it was no different here. Their benny’s were quite good. I’m not even qualifying that by saying«for something that was produced it large batches.» They were straight up good. Bacon was thick and crispy. Hash browns were also tasty. I did not stick with the grease fest and had a plate of fruit as well. Fresh and sweet. The staff were friendly and attentive. Quick to refill drinks and take away plates. My only problem with buffets is that if it’s a good one, well, I’m going to overeat and develop a stretch mark or something… I can only buffet once in a while… otherwise I’d be here every Sunday.

It’s a Thursday Night and this place is far from being full. It started a little slow for me with the skimpy bar pours but the food was excellent and in the end that’s what really counts. I travel 3 weeks of every month so you can be sure my next visit to the area I’ll stop in and just may try the Best Western as well.

October Review: 1⁄30 This is a tough one, there is nothing inherently wrong with the Sunday brunch buffet at Rockwell’s, in fact it’s pretty decent in a lot of ways. The service was good, everybody was really nice, they make sure to have a guy manning the waffle/omelette/carving station. The food just isn’t great enough for a nice buffet. It’s a-ok, but not higher than that. They only have 1 guy manning 3 stations so the line can get too long. As time winds down they stop replacing hot food even if there is still 30 minutes left until the buffet ends. The lunch entrees are just kinda bland. The décor is incredible aged, and it’s quite humid due to being near the hotel pool. If you’re going to go I recommend sticking to the more breakfasty types of foods and not coming too late.

I was here for a post wedding brunch on a Sunday. The setting was amazing and really reminded me of Las Vegas. Now the food part. The food was awful, smoke salmon was discolored, eggs were powdered and had a weird texture. They had a custom omelette station, waffle station, and craving station. The loin was there but no one to cut it… The service was excellent, people came by constantly to fill water, coffee, and take away dishes. The only two things on the menu that was fantastic was the hashbrown and the bacon. It sounds almost like a Mexican resort vacation, hashbrowns and bacon. Price, ridiculous for having no one serving the roast. $ 25 a person. I recommend that you go up the street to the Executive In.

I’m… so… full… can’t… move. I’m just after going for a brunch at Rockwell’s. At the weekends twenty dollars will get you a buffet brunch, which seems to be a family gather favorite. Today was my first go at it wheat free, and thought I would be limited, but oh no. I forgot about the fruit and cheese spreads, plus that had a variety of potatos and — get this — butter chicken. Weeee! Oh, and I had no less than 8 strips of bacon. Service is always impeccable at Rockwell’s, the servers are prompt, polite, friendly, and attentive. The food is consistently great. In fact, my Grandpa claims that Rockwell;s boast the best prime rib he’s had. And Grandpa always knows the best place. In fact, if you go to Rockwell’s with my Grandpa for dinner, he will actually force you to order the prime rib… because I mean, you eat what Grandpa tells you to eat. Tucked in the Best Western hotel they have a traditional restaurant, in addition to a «terrace» style section which is surrounded by hotel rooms where the brunch is hosted. Especially great for brunch, but also great for a lunch or dinner, this is one of the places I love to go to.
