Ultimate Collision Repairs

Had a pretty bad crash that messed up my front bumper. Paty and Erica made the experience much better! They fixed everything perfectly and even delivered that car to my house after hours when my job interfered with me getting there during business hours.
I will def bring it back here if I ever have any car issues again!

I was recommended to go here by a friend, because they have brought their cars into this auto body shop a few times with no complaints.
I had originally gotten a quote from this shop and also Marks auto body. Both had given me pretty good pricing but Mark’s had a longer wait time to get my car in.
Originally I had spoken to Patty (who is the office and owner of the shop) and she was extremely nice…
My situation was I had gotten into a car accident and my front bumper was banged up but not too bad, just needed a new paint job. I had asked her about this and also inquired about a few scratches on my rear bumper from someone hitting it in the parking lot. She told me she would buy specific paint from Mercedes Benz and touch it up free of charge, with just the cost of the paint. (she said it wouldn’t be 100% perfect but it will look good) She also mentioned she would fix up the small paint chips on the door. With all this in mind I was very pleased with her word and I booked her. (Mark’s auto body also told me the same thing)
Here is where it started to go downhill. I brought in the car on Monday morning, she said it would be ready by Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and she said nah, come in on Wednesday. This was no issue at all.
So I came in on Wednesday, checked out my car.
Saw the front bumper was fixed, awesome.
Went to check if the back was done and to be shock the part that was chipped had ANOTHER shade of white on it that didnt even match. Not only that big the minor scratches weren’t even buffed out or polished.
I check my front bumper more closely and I see some sort of paper/​cardboard in the wedges that I couldn’t get out.
I told patty about all this and she says to me… thats not cardboard or paper. thats the moulding. So I check the other side and that didnt have this «moulding» so I am sure that the mechanic stuck some paper in there for whatever reason.
I asked about the rear bumper and she said she was sorry she didnt order the paint but she did use other paint and it looks better. umm, no it doesn’t.because you used another type of white. In my opinion if you’re going to tell me you’re going to do something. then please do it. Is that not fair? I understand it was «free» but it doesn’t matter because in the end you told me you were going to do something and you didn’t do it.
Now to make things worse I find out when I drive to work the next day my parking sensors DONT WORK. I tell her about this and she is told me to bring it back. I bring it back and she says can’t be their fault really cause all the mechanic did was take the bumper off and put it back on.
Now I have to book an appt with mercedes and bring it in to them. so that wastes my time now and gas to get there and she has the audacity to tell me if they see that it wasn’t their fault then I got to pay…
WHAT? My sensors were working FINE before I brought it in and you want to tell me it’s MY fault?
Just writing this is making me peeved. I had it at 2 stars, but now I am giving it 1.
She is a nice woman, and she did want me to leave happy. but unfortunately that isn’t the case.
I’d rather go to Marks next time and wait then to bring it into a shop that will only half ass the job and not fulfill their word.

I had the pleasure of using the guys at Ultimate Collision Repairs when my 2014 Audi Q5 got into a fender bender. I was super nervous about how the repair and the paint job would look as the colour of my car was custom ordered. the employees there were a pleasure to work with and the best part, the car looks brand new. They went above and beyond and detailed the rest of the car and took at a couple scratches out which I had not noticed before bringing in the car. They did all the repairs in only 2 days while other shop were quoting at least a week and offered me a loaner car. I will be using them again for any of my collision repairs.

They repaired a dent in the box of my truck and two smaller dents in the hood. It all looks brand new. I got them to do a full detail (hand wash and wax, shampoo, steam clean interior) It’s like driving a new truck and it’s very shiny!
