Bluenose Bottle Exchange

Well, aside from being hard to find, this place is great.
I drove up the street, was using GPS to help me find the place and still almost passed it! It really depends the direction from which you’re coming. If you’re heading up Woodlawn from Portland, it’s on the far side of a building, in an upper parking lot. It’d be easy to miss.
Once I arrived, it was fairly straightforward. They have a ton of parking spaces. I backed up my car to the door (it wasn’t busy so that made it easier). I hopped out and waited maybe 20 seconds before someone who works there greeted me. I explained why I was there, he helped me, I left.
Also: their Web site (while maybe a little outdated) is useful! Not that I even expected a recycling place to have a Web site, but they do.
