Laurie’s Complete Automotive Service

I am fortunate in that my father works in the auto industry and that his knowledge, connections, and generosity have kept my wonderful little Toyota working for the last 15 years. I am also fortunate that he’s sent me to Laurie’s Complete Auto Service every time my car has needed something major done (new brake lines, etc.).
The company’s motto of honest and trustworthy service rings true every time. My mechanic, Gerry Strum, has always been straightforward with with me, and each time I get my bill, it’s less expensive than I’d anticipated. Can’t go wrong with that!
If you’re considering dropping your vehicle off at Laurie’s, keep in mind that this little place is:
1. Easy to miss — it’s in the same building as Alpine Auto and a tattoo parlor.
2. Always quite busy — if the fix is going to take a few hours, they might not be able to squeeze you in today or tomorrow.
3. Run entirely by the (very adept) mechanics — if you call and get no response, it’s because everyone is working away on something. They WILL get back to you, and they’re very good at keeping customers updated on the status of the repair.
I hope no one from this shop retires any time soon. Can’t say enough good things about it.
