Everything you would expect in a Staples. Adequate print centre. Friendly staff. Usually not hard to find someone to help me locate hard to find items. All around A-​OK for my trips here.

Recently I found myself without a printer and began relying on the print services at Staples for my everyday needs. At first I was very pleased with the print services until one day when I needed to send a fax to the U. S … To fax a 10 page standard document to the US it cost me over $ 15. I was outraged at this cost. The staff associate explained (after the fax had been sent) that for faxes outside of Canada it was $ 1.50/page — this would have been good to know before sending the fax. Anyhow, lesson learned, buyer beware — ask before you act! Other than that particular experience, I can truthfully say that my experiences with Staple’s Print Centre have been relatively positive. I have used Staples to create CD covers, professional documents and mount pictures and for the most part I have been quite pleased with the quality of their work and customer service. Needless to say though, I will not be going there to fax any more documents to the U.S.
