Christenson Property Management 2008 Ltd has been serving the Condominium & Rental industry in Edmonton & area for over 40 years.

CPM is a service orientated company. We believe that our clients come first!

Effective Communication, knowledge of Building Practices, Condo Act, understanding the Board’s Challanges are some assets our staff possess. CPM can resolve any challanges that occur in a timely fashion.

The principals of the company have a combined total of over 40 years experience in Property Management.

I have been in the Property Management bussiness for 20 years. I started a business (1994) (La Gal Group) managing Rental Properties, giving seminars in Edmonton & Calgary. From there I became involved in Condominium Management.

I enjoy many aspects of Condominium Management, especially meeting great people from all walks of life. I’m proud to say we have a staff of team players. The staff of CPM enjoy a balanced life stye between work/​home. Our Property Managers are limited to the number of condominium properties that they look after thus ensuring quality, timely service for our clients.

CPM is a member of the Condominium Institute Northern Chapter, the Edmonton Apartment Association. We are proud sponsors of the United Way.
