Dairy Queen

Did this location change hands in the past few months? Formerly stellar, my last two orders have been made incorrectly.

This must be the best Dairy Queen in the city.
I love going here because it is always decorated in fun, seasonal things and the staff are friendly & considerate. It doesn’t matter where we are in the city, if we have a hankering for ice cream, it’s this location that we come to.
I needed a birthday cake for a coworker, so I called to place an order this morning. The gentleman that answered was pleasant, but wasn’t able to take my order by phone, I didn’t give them enough time. He told me they had lots of items in the display that were the size I was looking for, and they’d be pleased to write a message on it quickly when I came it.
There was a cake in the display that matched my needs, so May (looks like she’s a manager) quickly took it into the back and wrote my birthday greeting. I was so surprised at how fast she did it, and it looked great! She was also very pleasant and seemed genuinely happy to help, but they all are at this location.
On top of that, when she gave me the recipt, she also gave me a coupon for a Buy One, Get One Free coupon that’s good on a burger, Blizzard or Royal Treat.
