I’m an owner operator, I use the best portable equipment, the best combination of cleaning chemical and I keep myself up to date on course or change in technique. I do one job at a time. I ask the client to inspect before we take payment this way if there is area that need to be re look at or if the area is not going to come clean I can give a reason why before I live. I will always let the client know before I start cleaning (in my pre cleaning inspection) if stain or heavy traffic area are going to come out.
