As a 26 year old I was somewhat always sceptical about anything other than healing over time. When I got hit by a car, I got recommended here for my physiotherapy.
Fast forward three months later, and I’m a bit sad my sessions are over! The reception staff are always welcoming (and easy on the eyes which is a bit of a selfish perk), and Alan (my therapist) was not only very fun to talk to, but very educational. Every session I left armed with more knowledge than I had before, becoming more and more able to identify my own pains and how to remedy them at home.
All and all, a great recovery experience from what started as a sceptical and painful beginning point!

Have been going a couple of times a week for over a month and I think they do a great job. They always offer me multiple options when I’m looking at prebooking my next appointment and my physiotherapist, Sam, has helped my healing process by giving my plenty of exercises to do at home in between visits!
