If you are in a pinch this People’s will do. But if you can go elsewhere please do. Few of the staff are bright. I took in over a dozen pieces of jewellery for cleaning in April 2015. They all came back @ different times. As of October 2015 I was still rec’ing emails and auto calls telling me I had jewellery to pick up. Someone clearly wasn’t doing their job(s) to clear that out of the system. Unfortunately the emails do not list a description of the item so for the 1st couple weeks I would go to the store each time I got an email/call. I visited after one of these notifications and the woman who was working was useless. She couldn’t find the status in the system, then she started to look for the jewellery and said that maybe it was under the letter«P». My last name starts with a «J». I finally gave up. A couple days later I got another call about more jewellery. I attended the store and the girl who helped me was great. I picked up the piece I was there for and then I inquired about the piece I tried to figure out earlier in the week. She was able to find the work order AND she brought up a photo of the ring in question. Which was on my hand b/c it came back the week earlier. Again if someone did their job properly I wouldn’t have gotten notification to pick up jewellery I already had back in my possession. I won’t go back.
