How many Starbucks offer a view over an ice rink?! I’m going to guess only a few, if any.
I like this location in the West Edmonton Mall because of the view, and the seating that overlooks the rink as it’s more exciting than being stuck in the mall hall traffic.
Staff are nice, helpful and quick with service.

Love the staff. The service is always great. Never had a bad drink from there. But for the busiest Starbucks in the city, they always have the least amount of staff working. 5 staff when there is 50 people in line. And this is how it always is. This store needs to hire more staff.

Fast service, always very friendly. The mall can be a busy place. If the mall is busy you can bet Starbucks will have about 15 people in line. I’m not a big fan of Starbucks but this location always makes their drinks well and I’ve never been unsatisfied by their service or product.
