My experience at the Southgate Swimco was polar opposite to what I experienced at Kingsway.
When I walked in, I was greeted immediately. But it was more or less just «hi». Nobody offered help. Nobody asked what I was looking for.
The plus size suits (as far as I could find on my own anyway) were all on one rack in a corner. And the selection was slim to none. I looked through them for a few minutes. I held one in my hand and looked around for somebody to help me. When it was clear that I was being ignored, I put the suit back and left empty handed.
Customer Service fail.

I’ll always go back to Swimco in Southgate! I needed a one piece for swim class and was dreading going because I’ve never really liked bathing suit shopping and this time I needed something specific. Ask for Luisa… all I told her was what I needed it for. She didn’t want me to tell her my size because she could tell by looking at me, she’s that good. She told me what style complimented my figure, was honest when something did not and she really knows her products for example, which suit would pull too much on my shoulders, which straps wouldn’t work, which fabric was best for swim class and lots more. I felt like hugging her when I left. It was a really great experience.
