Had my back window smashed in and after contacting insurance they led me here. I had called around to get quotes from other businesses and they definitely are on the expensive end for windows but my deductible was still cheaper so I decided to try it.
I called that morning and they told me they had received my info and had the correct window in stock and could drop my vehicle off at noon that day.
The place was easy to find but parking was full and awkward. The place was clean and they had a new seating area with computer and tv for people waiting that was very nice. The staff weren’t rude but not overly friendly either. Upon dropping it off at noon I was told it would be done by 4:30. I didn’t arrange another ride thinking it would only take a couple hours. And there’s no where in the area to sit and relax and wait. Also got to watch the employee speed out of the parking lot with my vehicle to take it to the other warehouse to get fixed didn’t impress me much.
Thankfully I was able to arrange a ride. When 4:30 came I still hadn’t heard anything so called and the women said they were just finishing. I was going through insurance and just had to pay my deductible of 250. when checking out the women tried to tell me that I had to pay the gst. which made no sense to me. When she finally corrected herself she told me that sometimes they get ripped off from insurance for gst so try to charge the customer for it? not my problem and not impressed.
As for the handy work so far everything is in check and no problems. There was still some small glass fragments in the back and there was a lot of glass still stuck inside the door that would fall out every time I closed the door or hit a bump in the road. but im not sure if there is anything they can do about that or not.
Overall the window is correct and in securely and done same day as I called. But honestly only went to this location because of my insurance.

I purchased a car detailing package for Ziebart through Groupon just recently and I have to say that I completely regret spending even $ 30 to have my car cleaned here. The package included an interior and exterior clean which you would think means that everything is going to be wiped down, vacuumed etc. but in my case it wasn’t. When I got my car back there was still a coffee spill on the center console, shoe scuffs on the driver and passenger doors, as well as both seats had crumbs and dirt in the crevices. The package was supposed to be worth $ 100.
Aside from the physical job, the customer service wasn’t stellar either. When I arrived I was greeted, informed about available services, and told my car would take about 3 hours to clean. I asked if any shuttle service was available and the counter guy told me that they didn’t but he could get one of his technicians to give me a ride once he was back from dropping another customer off. That would have been greatly appreciated as my boyfriend and I wanted to grab a bite nearby while we waited. After an hour and a half of waiting for a ride that never showed, we decided to walk to wherever was closest. It wouldn’t have been so bad if it hadn’t been below zero and snowing! Ontop of having to walk in the cold snow, my boyfriend decided to call after 2.5 hrs of waiting to check how much longer it would be only to find out that my car was ready just no one had bothered to call. This is frustrating when they doubled check that they had my cell phone number on file and were supposed to call when it was done.
I thought the whole point of Groupon is to build up your clientale and have more return business! Needless to say, I am never going back there.

I have been looking for a great place to get my vehicles detailed… I found a deal find and thought this may be worthwhile, let me tell you it is not.
I was told 4 hours to vacuum and wash, when I showed up to pick it up, they said another 3 hours, but it may be done sooner. I waited patiently, got my vehicle when it was done, just to find out that they did not even wipe down the interior… still dust everywhere. I have to give them credit, they did vacuum and wash… but I could have gone to any carwash and done a better job in 15 minutes.
This is not the place for me.
