Historique
Fondé en 2007.
Café Lotus Bleu is a first of its kind coffee shop in the north west of New Brunswick, bordering the state of Maine and the province of Quebec. Just a few minutes off the highway, the Lotus has been serving local organic vegetarian fare for 5 years now and introducing the population of Edmundston to the «coffee culture».
