Paul is an expert at showing corporate teams how to achieve better results by being more unified and more collaborative. Through an incredibly fun and interactive musical experience geared to non-​musicians, he shows people in corporations how to think more like players in a synchronized musical ensemble.

A 30-​year career performing in an eclectic variety of orchestras, chamber music groups, and world music groups combined with 20 years on Faculty at the Royal Conservatory of Music have given him a deep skill set to draw from. A-​list corporations have been using Paul’s experiential program for almost two decades, his audiences include Microsoft, RBC, Goodyear, ING, Heineken, FedEx, PwC and P&G.
