We finally took our cushions in to be upholstered after too long. I sent a picture to Kathy and she was able to give me a general quote and time frame for completion. She was very helpful and friendly from start to finish. She helped us choose the perfect material for our home and lifestyle. The quality of the work is awesome and our chair looks amazing. Nothing at all bad to say.
