This Swarovski store is located on the south west side of Sherway Gardens not far from the main mall entrance located there. This store is shiny and pretty much everything in there is for collecting for a trinket for show not necessarily something that is needed but rather wanted. My wife had a gift certificate and ended up getting a necklace that she liked. For the most part I’m not into anything this store has to offer but I can see why it would be enjoyable for some and that’s because crystal is shiny and pretty… if you like that sort of thing.

It is not the nicest Swarovski store I have seen and, just like the other Swarovski stores I have been in, the staff is ambivalent at best. This store is tiny and I had to call out for help, but when the woman did appear she was nice and helpful, and didn’t try to upsell, as I said the staff tend to be aloof. Honestly, Swarovski has cheapen their brand by being EVERYWHERE including in Costco for goodness sake! I don’t even know why Swarovski bothers with having their own stores. And they sell their crystal to any designer or store that is willing to pay for it — even to non designer labels. The products are lovely, but absolutely pricey. I have a Swarovski necklace and it is beautiful, but I do regret paying so much for it. You should only by Swarovski if you have the money and truly love the piece. Don’t buy it for the name only because you will be disappointed, especially since the Swarovski name is not as prestigious as it once was.

My grandmother loves Swarovski décor. She has a whole shelf full and each year for her birthday, I buy her a new one for her collection. I usually come here or to the Square One to purchase it. To be truthful, neither store is great. Whenever I’m in the store, the sales staff never pays attention to me… even after 5 minutes of standing and looking… AND the store is empty(aside from me). Sure it’s a pretty store, with all the items gleaming and sparkling attractively but that’s the only plus about it. It showcases the wares nicely but I can do my research online easier and quicker. The products themselves are pretty and they have a nice weight to them. They’re not overly fussy and they provide the right sparkle to attract your eye. The prices are high and there’s rarely any deals to be found. For a supposedly luxury brand, this store doesn’t deliver that detail at the prices they’re charging. It makes you feel like you’re just walking into Old Navy.
