Historique

Fondé en 2011.

It all started after tasting in the little town in La Sierra Madre, in the state of Chihapas, Mexico, the most amazing cup of coffee ever brewed. It is there where we encountered our destiny. The journey to understand what a superior coffee is was long, but well worth it. Ricardo’s cousin, whose family owns one of the oldest coffee roasting companies in North America, introduced ‘coffee’ to us and its many traditions. Through his guidance, expertise and education, we soon developed a new appreciation of the art of making coffee.

After sleeping in a hammock at the perfect height of the mountains, rain or shine, and living along side with the best coffee farmers in the continent, we learned the best way to grow the best coffee involving knowledge of when the seasons came and when the perfect cherry was ready to be collected. After days of hard work the coffee was dried and cleaned. Once the coffee was in the perfect state for roasting and then grounded manually we could then experience
