My branch is downtown but I go across town to these guys as they are so nice and quite competent. The parking in the back is a challenge but don’t give into the temptation to park at the Subway, they (Subway) will boot your car.
Beyond that its a bank, they have money, they do things with the money.

While I do most of my day to day banking through PC Financial. I have a few important activities going through CIBC. This bank is at the end of my street and as such is very convenient.
Banking is not my strong suit. I’m a very basic bank kind of guy. So if anything is out of the ordinary I’m almost instantly at this branch asking a million annoying questions. The staff here is friendly and explain things in a way that this poor art student can understand. They have also gone out of their way to help me on several occasions. providing money conversions when they didn’t technically have to and offering tips on how to access transferred money a little quicker.
Convenient, friendly and offering the use of their atm’s to PC Financial customers free of charge — CIBC is is a great bank.
